Refund Policy: All Sales Are Final - No Refunds

At Society Media AG, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. We want to make our refund policy as clear as possible:

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

We understand that circumstances can vary, but to maintain fairness and consistency for all our customers, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. This policy applies to all products, services, and digital goods provided by Society Media AG.

If you have any questions or concerns about a specific purchase or need assistance with an order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We are here to help and will do our best to address any issues you may encounter.

BAKERY INFORMATION & DISCLOSURE

100% GLUTEN-FREE

Everything made by Blissful Cakes & Bakery is gluten-free. We take care in selecting ingredients and preparing our cakes, breads, cookies and other bakes.

Where we state “gluten-free,” the product is made to meet the applicable requirements for that designation.

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

We believe you should know what goes into the food you order.

Ingredient and allergen information is available for every product. Please contact us before ordering if you have a food allergy or require specific ingredient information.

Some of our products contain ingredients such as milk, eggs, nuts and other allergens. Allergens are identified in the applicable product information.

Because recipes and ingredients can change, please rely on the current ingredient and allergen information provided with your order rather than information from a previous order.

MADE BY HAND

Our cakes, breads, cookies and bakes are made in small batches by hand. This means that natural variations in appearance, size, colour and texture are part of the character of handmade baking.

Seasonal products may vary according to the availability and quality of fresh ingredients.

FRESH & MADE TO ORDER

Our bespoke cakes and artisan breads are prepared specifically for your order. For this reason, orders are subject to the stated ordering deadlines and pickup arrangements.

ORDER. PAY. I BAKE. YOU PICK UP.

OUR INGREDIENTS

We believe good baking begins with good ingredients. Where appropriate, we prepare ingredients ourselves, including homemade pesto, home-dried tomatoes, roasted garlic and other components used in our recipes.

We do not add unnecessary preservatives or additives to our own preparations.

Please note that this statement does not mean that every individual ingredient purchased from a supplier is necessarily free from additives or preservatives. Product-specific ingredient information is available upon request.

SEASONAL INGREDIENTS

Where fresh seasonal fruit or berries are used, the variety may change according to the season and availability.

For example, cakes described as being made with seasonal berries may feature strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or another suitable seasonal berry.

CUSTOM & BESPOKE ORDERS

Bespoke cakes are made according to the agreed design, flavor and specifications of each order. Because these cakes are individually made, the final appearance may differ slightly from a photograph or reference image.

We will always aim to preserve the character and beauty of the agreed design.

PICKUP

All bakery orders are prepared for pickup at the agreed date and time.

As our bakery is an order bakery rather than a café, we do not offer general eat-in service.

A NOTE FROM BLISSFUL CAKES & BAKERY

Blissful Cakes & Bakery was created from a love of baking, hospitality and sharing something beautiful with others.

Every cake, loaf, cookie and bake is made with care, and, above all, with gratitude to God for the gifts He gives us.

100% Gluten-Free. Made by Hand.

Thank you for choosing Society Media AG, and we appreciate your understanding of our refund policy and the bakery disclosure information. We look forward to serving you!
